WHY WE COLLECT IT
To respond to demo requests and enquiries, and to understand how visitors use this site. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
PLATFORM DATA
Borrower and portfolio data processed inside the Finpage platform belongs to our client lenders, who act as data fiduciaries. Twinline processes such data only under contract, within India (AWS Mumbai), with Aadhaar numbers never stored in plain form — only masked values and secure references, with full-value handling confined to isolated, HSM-protected infrastructure.
RETENTION
Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months, then deleted. Platform audit data is retained per regulatory requirements applicable to our clients (seven-year audit logs, extendable per RBI direction).

You may request access, correction or erasure of your personal data by writing to info@twinline.in. We respond within the timelines prescribed under the DPDP Act, 2023.
